Covering clients with an RWS Home Warranty through their first year in their home, whether it's their 1st or 4th, is a great tool for referrals!

The first year of home ownership is unfortunately when most Home Warranty claims are filed. Clients expect to enjoy their home after the stress of all the paperwork, haggling, and moving in, unfortunately that's typically not the case. More than 75% of Home Buyers need at least 1 repair in their first year; the costs of those repairs significantly outweigh the cost of an RWS Home Warranty. so.....GET THEM THE WARRANTY!!

Every month starts at $0.

Not "slow month" zero. Not "vacation mode" zero. ZERO zero.
