Dr. Wilhelm Heinrich denied Albert Einstein his Phd based on the fact that his publication about the nature of light and the connection between time and space was radical and more artistic than actual physics. This has to be one of the biggest boneheaded academic failures of the 20th century. Way to go Wilhelm!

Fast forward to 2006. Lawyers and litigators endorsed of the EDRM as a reasonable workflow to process electronically stored data into usable evidence. The EDRM was formulated based on current thought and technology available at the time.
