Job Title: Senior Field Technician

Duties and Responsibilities
• Routine server replacement
o Clustering
o Server maintenance on all levels
• Client project management
• Data / phone network installation and repair
• Client consultation on business IT needs
• Router / switch / access point configuration and installation
• Advanced software troubleshooting and fixes
• High-end residential services
• Represent company at business networking functions, if and as assigned
• Assist Junior Techs with their job duties, as needed
o Hardware diagnosis / repair
o Represent Integral at business networking functions, as assigned
o Malware remediation
o Workstation configuration and installation
o Installation and setup of printers and other network devices
o Residential services
o General software troubleshooting and fixes
o Routine system maintenance

Requirements
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Expertise with managing Microsoft operating system environments
• Experience installing and configuring networks and network devices
• Familiarity with standard business software (Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, etc.)
• Familiarity with Mac OS, Linux (Expertise is a plus)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Server environments (Expertise is a plus)
• Adequate transportation

Compensation
• $45-55k, depending on skill set and experience

Job Details:
This position is for a full-time, well trained Senior Technician ready to begin working immediately with a full skill set. The candidate must be very proficient on Windows Networks (Server OS, Windows 7 & 8, Domains, etc.).

We service clients from Weber County to Utah County including Summit County and surrounding areas. We typically assign clients to our technicians geographically, based upon where they live. You must have a valid ID and adequate and reliable transportation for this position.

Qualifications for this position:

Candidates must be proficient in the following:

· Performing Microsoft Network Administration

· Client project management

· Advanced software troubleshooting

· Data/phone network installation and repair

· Installing/Running network cables

· Configuring routers, switches, and access points

· Firewalls

· Servers

· Computer repair

· High-end residential services

The majority of our clientele are using Windows. There are a few that are using Linux and Mac.

Requirements for this position:

· Familiarity with standard business software such as Office and Quickbooks

· Mac OS, Linux, and WordPress expertise isa plus

· Microsoft Server environment

· Be able to assist with Junior Technician job duties as needed. Including:

o Hardware diagnosis/repair

o Malware remediation

o Workstation configuration and installation

o Installation and setup of printers and other network devices

o Residential services

o General software troubleshooting and fixes

o Routine system maintenance

· Excellent communication and writing skills is a must

Our unique benefits package includes: $300/mo towards any health insurance plan of your choice, 2 Weeks of accruing PTO/Yr., mileage reimbursement, expense reimbursement, potential college tuition reimbursements,and financial advising.

Salary Range: $50-60k/Year. Plus, you can qualify for up to $10K in additional bonuses throughout the year depending on your work performance.
