7 Layer Studio is looking for an exceptional junior designer to join our creative team!

We are a woman-owned and operated, New Jersey–based creative agency delivering strategy and design for ambitious brands. We are collaborative by nature, people- and culture-first, and powered by passion and positivity. We believe great work comes from clear communication, strong systems, thoughtful process, and mutual respect.

This is a part-time, 6-month temp-to-perm opportunity (25–30 hours per week) with the potential to grow into a full-time role. We’re looking for someone excited about becoming part of our long-term vision and growing alongside the studio.

In this role, you’ll handle a wide range of creative projects; from print layouts, to packaging, website design, and deck preparation. Flexibility is key. We move quickly, collaborate often, and support one another constantly. The right candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage shifting priorities, and genuinely enjoys being part of a team culture built on trust and positivity.
