Position: Field Supervisors
Location: Accra

A reputable Waste Management Company in Accra is seeking a responsible and hardworking Field Supervisor to oversee daily waste collection operations and manage field staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise waste collection teams and ensure smooth daily operations

Monitor staff attendance and performance in the field

Ensure proper waste handling and disposal procedures are followed

Report operational issues to management

Maintain discipline and efficiency among field workers

Requirements:

Minimum of SHS certificate (Higher qualification is an advantage)

Good leadership and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure

Must be responsible, reliable, and proactive

Experience in waste management or field supervision is an advantage
