The customer was told by a reputable company that the unit was unable to boot and that it needed to be replaced. After troubleshooting, I found a bios issue, and now the unit is working, and we can pull important data from it that they were told was lost. Sometimes, taking the time to actually run through diagnostics instead of just assuming can be all the difference. This is the kind of personal touch that's lost with larger businesses.

Been a busy few weeks with several projects. Sherman Volunteer Fire Department again using technology to help with the community they serve. Marine 7 recieved a Sierra Wireless lx40 gateway. This is linked to an on-board camera to provide a live feed of water operations. While the boat went under some maintenance we also took the time to organize the wiring in the overhead console. We shortened up numerous wires and swapped out a 6 fuse block to a 12 fuse block as more technology has been added. Sherman Public Works had a radio installed in their new Avant loader as well as some new Magnet Mics for some of the equipment and repairing a base station radio. Thank you to Town of Sherman for trusting us with your communication needs.

People who live in Kent know that the cell coverage on 341 going towards Warren isn't great, calls are frequently dropped. After installing the weBoost Drive Reach Cell Phone Booster Kit for Fleet Vehicle in our customer's pickup, we were able to keep a call from Kent Hollow to the center of town. This will work for all phones and cellular devices on all US carriers. This model requires professional installation as the outside antenna is installed through the vehicles roof. 5G Ready - Will work for the next decade and beyond.

Unit is hidden under the passenger seat and the inside antenna is hidden in the center console.

Today we installed a Netgear Orbi Pro WiFi 6 system. With its increased speed and reliability made this the easy choice to replace the failing existing system. Thank you to Sherman Volunteer Fire Department for having us install this system for you.

It includes Seirra Wireless LX40 for internet connectivity along with a JPS Z2 controller to connect back to Zello for unsurpassed connectivity. A few boat projects completed just in time for the summer season. We installed a XTL5000 radio in a new Whaly boat for WWFD. Sherman FD we added a Kenwood radio that receives the CT state system for their marine 7. New Fairfield Squantz Company we replaced and relocated their mobile radio on Marine 10.
