Continuous learning is an important part of helping healthcare organizations get the most from their communication technology.
Recently, Rachel Day, RN, Clinical Application Specialist, and Lynn Cleary completed Rauland's Clinical Insights: Presales & Optimization certification at the Rauland Solution Center in Mt. Prospect, Illinois.
The training focused on clinical workflows, responder enterprise solutions, patient experience, optimization strategies, and the ways communication technology can better support care teams and patient outcomes.
As Rachel reflected on one of the key themes from the training:
"The patient experience doesn’t begin at the nurse’s station or in a report; it begins in the patient room. When the patient experience is designed to fit their needs, they feel heard. At the room level, hardware matters. The pillow speaker, wall stations, lights, and displays are not just devices; they are the patient’s primary voice. When these tools are intuitive and reliable, patients feel heard the moment they ask for help."
That perspective aligns closely with our goal of helping healthcare organizations optimize communication technology to support clinical teams, enhance patient care, and improve visibility into patient-initiated calls.
We're proud to continue investing in healthcare-focused education and strengthening our partnership with Rauland to better support hospitals, caregivers, and the patients they serve.
Congratulations to Rachel and Lynnetta on this achievement.
