Most organizations focus on creating backups. Fewer spend time testing them.

A strong backup strategy includes multiple copies of data, different storage methods, off-site protection, and routine restore testing to verify everything works when it's needed.

This Halloween, don't assume your backups are ready.

Test them.

Because the worst time to discover a problem is during an actual emergency.

Because the software keeps working, it can remain on company computers for months or years after support ends.

Any new security problems found in Office 2021 may be left unfixed.
