Who we are:
We are a smartphone and computer repair shop in downtown Sonora that is locally owned and operated by Brian Fischer and Tuolumne County native Derek Nunes. Our goal is to provide quality repair and support for smartphones, tablets, laptops, and computers with a personal touch. We strive to provide our customers with the best customer service experience possible, and we want to make sure we always meet or exceed our customer’s needs. Why we opened:
Breaking your phone is never a pleasant experience, but after breaking his phone twice in one year Brian found his options to get it promptly repaired locally to be limited. Being an entrepreneur and experienced businessman Brian decided to open up PhoneSmart to offer a fast and reliable repair option to residents of Tuolumne County. Brian then went searching for someone with the technical experience and same desire to help people to bring his dream to fruition. Derek was introduced to Brian by a mutual friend who he had done computer repair for. Through the experiences of friends and family Derek had learned there was a lack of experienced computer repair with a sincere desire to help the consumer. Derek had been passionate about working with and learning about computers since a young age. Eager to share this passion with others needing help with technology, Derek took the opportunity to work as the owner operator of PhoneSmart and expand it to include computer repair and service as well. When you do business with PhoneSmart you can expect:
• To receive service from a legitimate business licensed with the Bureau of Electronic and Appliance Repair.
• Owners Brian and Derek to be available to answer all of your questions and concerns.
• The use of quality new parts from trusted suppliers on all repairs.
• Fast, friendly, and professional service by people who care.
• Prompt communication during the repair process if necessary.
• 1 year warranty on all repairs. Our prices are similar, if not cheaper than our local competitors, we won’t keep you in the dark and in fear of the bill. Our rates are competitive, and you can let us take a look at your device without a fee or commitment to our service. If we can diagnose the problem, we will give you a free estimate so that you can know the cost before we get to work. We really know our stuff and this experience shows in the quality and speed of our work. Many repairs can be done same day, while you wait. We know how inconvenient a broken device can be, so we work quickly to fix the issues and get you plugged back in. You will be dealing with the business owners who personally know and work with our customers. Your dollars support local entrepreneurship by driving more economic activity into owner/operated businesses downtown. We urge you to spend your hard earned dollars at businesses where you believe it matters. We work hard to earn loyalty and be a place that matters to you.
