Frame Visualization is now working in the new ordering system!!!

This works for our Contemporary and Hardwood Frames in the Framing Section, as well as Multi-Opening Frame options.

As you make your frame selections in the drop-down menus on the left, the frame preview will automatically appear when the system has all the information that it needs.

The framing math is also included below each preview for easy reference.

Feel free to screenshot these previews and share with clients!

We’re also improving a few of the frame files we use for the frame preview so they are clearer and higher-resolution.

For now, we believe this is a big improvement and a great foundation to build on.

We don’t have Circle and Oval Frame Visualization yet, but we’ll work on those options soon.

We are pleased to announce that we just launched the new ordering system today!

Log in to your MUSEA account to explore the new interface and layout.

When you start a new order, we’ve organized the page by product type, so it’s easier to find the exact product you need.

We’ve added the following products to the new system!

• Multi-Opening Products to the new system

• Circle and Oval Frames

• Oval Deckled Prints

• Artisan Albums

• Circle and Oval Mat Openings

• Test Prints

• Artist Proofs

If you order a variety of products in the same order, then all products will ship when the last product is done. If you want a specific product sooner, then order it separately. For example, if you order prints and frames in the same order, we’ll hold all the prints until the frames are done, and they’ll ship together.

If you need the prints sooner, please order the prints separately from the frames.

We are continuing to improve the new system, so if you have any questions or find anything wrong, please let us know.

We will work on product visualization in the new system and add new products for 2027. This new design lets us expand our product line and tailor each product flow to what is needed, which will mean less confusion and easier ordering moving forward.

We love this Prato Frame! This one was for Alabama Motherhood Photographer and the Prato is one of our Ornate Frames. It has a scoop design with details along the inside and outer edges. The gold distressing is very luxurious!

We’re running a 50% Off Sale on Discontinued Frame Moulding!

We’ve discontinued these 10 frames and will not be offering them again, but we have stock left that we want to clear out, so we are offering 50% off any framed print that is 20x30 or smaller in any of these frames.

We’d rather get some framed prints into your hands than throw this moulding away. Once we are out of these mouldings, we are out.

This is a first come, first serve offer.

This is a great time to frame personal photos or gifts at 50% off our normal framing prices.

HOW TO ORDER

You’ll place a framing order like normal, select Contemporary > Adelaide for the frame moulding, and then put the name of the discontinued moulding in the order notes. (top right of the screen)

We’ll refund 50% after the order is placed.
