To serve you better, please note our updated procedures:

Submit Service Requests Online
- For the fastest response, all tickets should be submitted through the Service Request section of our website.
- We don’t currently accept phone calls, as we are often engaged in fieldwork or fulfilling previously scheduled appointments.
- Once your request is reviewed, we will determine the best way to serve you — either on-site or via drop-off at a secure third-party location.

No Public Walk-ins
- VaughanTECH does not maintain a physical location open to the general public.

Important Reminders

- We do not guarantee turnaround times.

Tickets are reviewed in the order received, with response priority as follows:

- Service Agreement Clients

- Business Clients

- Residential Clients (as time permits)

Hello everyone!

We’re excited to share that VaughanTECH has been making solid progress over the past few weeks. While there’s still a fair bit left to do—about four or so more weeks' worth of work but—we’re pushing forward every day to get everything back up and running.

You really don't realize what it takes to move a business before you actually move a business. (This is #4 for us, lol)

We truly appreciate all the patience, support, and encouragement from our amazing clients, friends, and community. Your loyalty and trust mean the world to us, and we can’t wait to be back in full swing, delivering only the service that VaughanTECH can deliver!

Hello Everyone,

We’d like to provide an important update regarding the status of our retail and in-shop services.

As our retail inventory has nearly been depleted, we want to thank everyone for their continued support and all the kind messages that you guys have sent out our way. Since the sale went much faster than expected we’ve decided to move up the closure date for our retail and in-shop services to January 31st, 2025. This will allow us to focus on transitioning operations to our repair depot and prepare for our new by appointment service model.

The move and setup process is expected to take approximately 2-3 weeks, during which time we’ll be unable to take new tickets for service. We’re excited about the future and the enhanced service model this shift will enable.

For our contract clients, there will be no changes to your service. We will continue to operate as usual, and you can always reach out to us as needed.

After receiving feedback from our last message that we sent out last Monday, we decided that we needed to clarify a few key points:

We’d like to start by reassuring you: VaughanTECH is not going out of business! We remain fully committed to serving you and your technology needs. In fact, we’re making some exciting changes to better serve you in the future.

Over the past few years, our business has been evolving. We’ve gained a growing number of contract clients, and in order to focus on delivering even better service to those clients, we’re making some strategic shifts. While we are transitioning our focus, we are not closing our doors—we’re simply shifting the way we operate to better align with the changing needs of the industry.

What does this mean for you?

Starting February 12th, 2025, we will no longer be accepting in-shop service tickets, and our physical retail storefront will be closing on February 28th, 2025.

BUT REST ASSURED, WE ARE NOT GOING OUT OF BUSINESS. We’ll continue to offer on-site services by appointment and we are excited to introduce a new “Pickup, Repair, Return” service. (Details to follow) You can still reach us at our same phone number, 757-279-8385, and we’re here to support you just like we’ve always been.

What’s changing?

• Retail Inventory Liquidation: Starting January 6th, 2025, we’ll begin liquidating our retail inventory, and this will continue until we close our retail department or run out of stock.

• No More In-Shop Services: After February 12th, 2025, we will no longer accept in-shop service tickets. However, we’re offering more convenient options for getting your repairs done, like our “Pickup, Repair, Return” service.

Can we still order parts and products from VaughanTECH?

Absolutely! You can still count on us to help you find the parts and products you need. With the overwhelming amount of affiliate and commission programs out there we no longer have to operate on the traditional “brick and mortar” retail concepts of the past. Just give us a call and we’ll find what you’re looking for and email you a link so you can buy your items at cost and we will earn a commission at no additional cost to you. We all win using this new concept.

This decision comes after careful consideration, and we believe it will allow us to provide even higher-quality service to all our clients. We are genuinely excited about this new direction and look forward to continuing to serve you in the future.
