That's the Rock way! 💚

Meet Ed Woodruff. Ed is a college football fan from Florida who traveled with his brother, Richard, to Pennsylvania because he always wanted to attend a game at Slippery Rock.

He came because of our peculiar name, but our supportive community is what left a lasting impression.

“We were surrounded by people who were just extremely friendly, welcomed us, made us feel at home and shared stories about Slippery Rock,” Ed said. “We just had a marvelous time.”
