HIGHLINER IS HIRING — OPENING BAKER

We’re looking for an Opening Baker to join our Highliner team!

This position is a late-evening or early-morning shift—perfect for someone who enjoys getting an early start (or working while the rest of town sleeps).

Baking experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person. Previous kitchen experience is required.

It’s that time of year when some of our crew heads back to college, which means we have multiple full-time positions opening up.

Our new made-to-order sandwich bar is officially rolling out and honestly… these things are ridiculously good.

Fresh made. Fast. Loaded up with all the good stuff.

From the Turkey Club to the Egg Salad & Smoked Sockeye, the lineup is looking pretty solid already 👀

Starting May 25th, Highliner Coffee Co. is rolling out NEW HOURS:☀️ 4 AM – 6 PM DAILY ☀️

Because early flights, fishing charters, opening shifts, and “I simply cannot function without coffee” emergencies are very real around here.

So whether you need breakfast before sunrise or an iced coffee strong enough to restart your personality… we’ll be here.

On May 14, we’re excited to join the Rasmuson Foundation in celebrating “Do Something Good for Your Neighbor Day” with free coffee at Highliner Coffee Co. while supplies last.

We hope this day serves as a reminder that strong communities aren’t built by one person alone. They’re built by neighbors who care about each other, show up for each other, and choose kindness in everyday moments.
