Terms and Conditions As Follows
Any and all customers will sign a contract stating that they have read the entirety of these terms and conditions and agree to these terms and conditions (TC). A signature on said contract is an agreement to these TC that follow below.
By signing the contract, you are agreeing to allow photo/video of your device for before/after pictures for my personal use and the use of this page and for advertising purposes. Any and all customers will receive a receipt for the services being provided to their device. It is the responsibility of the customer to keep track of this receipt for their records and I will keep copies of those receipts for my records. I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason whatsoever without explanation needed. A non-refundable deposit to order parts will be required by any and all customers. This deposit is made at the discretion of me, Donnie Mohr, and can be whatever I decide is adequate. Failure to provide adequate deposit will result in refusal of service. This deposit goes toward the final total for services provided (example [ex.]- Repair of iPhone 8 screen total cost is $85 USD. Deposit requested is $50. The $50 is due before any parts will be placed on order or work will be done to the phone. The remaining $30 is due at the time of pickup of the device.) If at all, for any reason, whatsoever, if the total is not paid in full at time of pickup, I reserve the right to hold said device for 30 days. The customer will have those 30 days to pay off the rest of their balance. If after the 30 days and the customer has not paid, there will be a 2 day grace period where the customer can pay off the remaining balance. If after that time, it has not been paid in full, I reserve the right to sell the device to make up for the cost of services that were performed. No payment that has been made prior to that will be refunded for any reason. I am not responsible for other damages the device may have prior to performing services. The "before, after, during" photos may and will be used to show other damages a device has. It is the responsibility to notify me if there are any other damages known to the device. I am not to be held responsible if the device is returned and more damages are noted by the customer for any reason (ex. A screen replacement is performed and after the device is returned, the customer notices charging issues.) The customer understands that prior to or after performing any services, any photos, videos, or media, etc. may be lost before, or after performing services. Any examples used in these TC are strictly used for example purposes and are not to be confused as exact scenarios. Any meeting will be held in public. Failure to show to a meeting without notice will automatically add a $10 βGas feeβ to the balance. This will only apply to those who do not show to the meeting at agreed upon place without prior communication. Anyone that I believe to follow me to my residence or comes to my residence runs the risk of having criminal trespass charges placed against them and also results in refusal of service with no refund of a deposit or any money put toward the services, including a full payment. Ticket numbers will be used to distinguish between devices. It is also the responsibility of the customer to keep track of this ticket number. The customer, by agreeing to the TC understands that any water resistance the device had will no longer be there and the device is no longer considered water resistant. Any fingerprint scanner that a device has runs the risk of no longer functioning after any service performed (typically home button on fingerprint reader replacement, but not limited to those two). The customer understands that any opening of the phone will void any existing warranty on the device. Whether it be a simple fix, or a very complicated one, any service provided will void any warranty the device may have. I will cover the cost on standard USPS shipping. The customer can choose to have their parts shipped with expedited shipping such as "2 Day" or "Overnight" however, the customer will be required to pay the additional fee for the expedited shipping. I am not to be held responsible if the customers opts for overnight shipping and the parts do not arrive overnight or if shipping takes longer than anticipated. The customer has fully read and understands that for no reason, whatsoever, am I to be held responsible for any of the things I have listed in these TC. Especially (but not limited to) the voiding warranty, fingerprint function loss, water resistance, water damage, and expedited shipping costs. Please feel free to message or call with any questions, comments, or concerns. Any and all payments are to be made in cash. Checks, whether personal or business will not be accepted. Cash only payments. Again, a signed contract states that the customer has read this document and TC in its entirety.
