I just walked out of street fighter.
Not before it was over or anything. I watched it all.
I would say overall a 9 out of 10.
**What I really liked**
WWE star Cody Rhodes was the standout character for me. He looked tough and cool and he also carried the best comedic parts. He probably should be a successful actor one day.
Action and special effects are really good. Casting is on point with so many up and coming prominent people playing the best roles. You get Jason Mamoa, Cody Rhodes, 50 cent and that boring guy Roman Reigns not being boring for once.
If you are a big street fighter games fan then this movie is likely a 10 for you.
I am just okay with Street Fighter the games and more of a Mortal Kombat guy. That being said this gave me a lot of the same feelings as when I first watched the original MK film back in the90s. That’s high praise from me because I really like the original MK film.
One slight reservation was the amount of content packed in. It honestly felt like it could have been 2 movies at least. A whole lot packed in. We don’t really get to see Guile fight, we are just told he lost his match with Vega. I get why they couldn’t fit it in but he was probably the best part overall.
Everything it gives us is darn good. It just gives you a whole lot.
I’d recommend seeing it if you like the game or these kinds of movies.
