Update Post:
We are proud of this startup company, and we are excited to bring internet services to your area. Our current status has not changed. We are bringing together all of the moving parts that allows a company to run efficiently. Our team created a new Internet Services Provider from nothing to go-live in six months. There were mistakes made and lessons were learned, and we are moving forward. These mistakes have been mitigated and we Anticipate installations beginning on December 11, 2023. We are having our design and deployment plan checked by our vendor on site at our office in West Monroe all this week.
We are also setting up our customer portal for those customers who want to set up their installation date. The new portal allows you to manage your accounts, make bill payments, and change your personal information when needed. The portal also allows you to submit a support ticket in the future.
As previously mentioned, we are in a final deployment meeting all this week to confirm everything is correct and will work as advertised. We Anticipate installations beginning on December 11, 2023. If this changes, we will let you all know. We will be contacting you tomorrow to walk you through the use of the portal and confirm your information and installation date. Once we go live, we will have a customer service team that will be available live Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm, including an after-hours help line.
