I received this email after my Barbara Bruce show Saturday, absolutely made my day! Thank you to those who tune in faithfully, I'm very excited about growing the show...

Hi, Tracy,

I heard your radio interview with Barbara Bruce, aired on
Saturday afternoon, Oct. 6. You suggested that people use a
"Limited Account" when surfing the Internet, to protect their
computers from infection by viruses, rootkits, etc.

Your suggestion is absolutely BRILLIANT! I've sent emails to
my friends in Arizona and across the USA about this, giving you
credit! :-) In the last twenty years, I've never heard another
computer technician (even Kim Komando) mention this idea to
protect Internet surfing! But, as soon as a computer technician
hears the idea, he or she will exclaim, "Of course! WHY didn't
I think of that?"
Anyone with technical computer experience will be impressed
by your knowledge, including the way you approach embedded
viruses. You know your stuff :-)

I greatly admire self-education. I believe that you are in good
company, including Abraham Lincoln and Thomas Edison.

My congratulations to you and Barbara Bruce for an
outstanding, memorable interview.

All small business owners struggle from time to time. The last 7 weeks have been my time. As a member of My Brother's Office I took the time to explore one of the many perks today. I scheduled a one on one session with Jeff for business coaching. I can honestly say I have not felt such an influx of inspiration and drive since I opened my doors. Thank you you to everyone at MBO, the collective talents of the entire staff are invaluable. Watch out Show Low... Here comes JEM Tech!
