"Can't say enough good things about Shawn and the Laptop Swap. I brought my Macbook Pro in a few weeks ago because it was overheating eventually shut down completely. Shawn quickly diagnosed the problem as one that is common to Macbooks from 2011 (lead-free solder with lower melting point). He did all the repairs and put ventilation holes on the underside, which completely fixed the problem. I've been using the computer every day for two weeks now, and the fan hasn't even come on yet."

Came back as a return customer several weeks ago because my daughter's laptop wifi wasn't working. Shawn worked to diagnosed the problem while I was there. Left it there, and it was repaired in a couple days by fixing the antenna and installing OS updates. That seemed to fix the problem for a few days, but the wifi became sporadic again. So he ordered a wifi adaptor, and it's been working great ever since. I appreciated his extra time and persistence in doing whatever needed to be done to fix the problem, at no extra charge. I highly recommend this business for anyone in driving distance of north Seattle.

Recently brought in my desktop to upgrade my hard drive. They cloned my old one and put everything on the new "bigger" one and I had it back in hours. These folks really care about you and they really know what they are doing!

I have also bought a MACBOOK PRO from them at a reasonable price. Love it!
