This week, we’re excited to introduce Aleeshia, one of the driving forces behind client success at PerSecPros.

Aleeshia brings focus, determination, and a willingness to take on some of our most demanding workloads without missing a beat. She works consistently with task-specific support needs, many times resulting in time-consuming requirements. From precise compliance needs to day-to-day support, Aleeshia keeps our clients moving forward.

Outside of work, she's the owner of P.S. Catering and loves creating memorable charcuterie experiences that bring together beautiful food, atmosphere, and connection. From catering events to brainstorming women-focused experiences, she is always thinking of new ways to turn good vibes and great food into memorable moments, while also networking and building relationships with amazing people in the local community.

Have you met Kaysi Sine, our go-to FSO at PersecPros?

With years of experience under her belt, Kaysi helps keep our team aligned, compliant, and always one step ahead of the latest requirements. Security is also a familiar field in her family, as her mother works in the industry too. If there’s a question, Kaysi has the answer.

Outside of work, Kaysi enjoys reading fiction and putting together puzzles, often turning her finished pieces into fun décor for her office.

For the past 3 years, Corey Jackson has been the steady hand behind the curtain at PerSecPros. As our Lead Tester, he plays a major role in keeping our systems reliable, functional, and ready to perform. While others may see the finished product, Corey is the one putting in the work behind the scenes to make sure everything is running the way it should.

What makes Corey such an asset to the team is his consistency. He is dependable, and committed to getting things right before anything goes live. That kind of discipline helps keep our operations strong and sets the standard for success across the board.

When he is not helping keep things on course here at PerSecPros, he is likely doing the same on the golf course. Thankfully for us, Corey brings that same focus, patience, and steady follow-through to his work every day.

It was a great day on the course at the West Virginia Amateur Qualifier, with Cory Klein and Corey Jackson getting out to compete and enjoy a well run event.

This week we are featuring Josh Nelson, our Principal Trainer and Client Service Professional.

Josh brings 4 years of steady dedication and trusted expertise to the PerSecPros team. Over the years, he has played a key role in supporting clients with complex personnel security requirements, recently earning a superior rating on a security review.

His deep understanding of NISPOM requirements, combined with his ability to translate them into practical, real-world training, makes him a critical resource for both our team and our clients’ security plan. Outside of work, Josh is an avid science fiction reader, always making time for a great story when he is not strengthening security programs.

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by the PerSecPros booth at NSI IMPACT ’26 in Chantilly, VA this week!

It was a pleasure connecting with so many security professionals and having great conversations alongside Tru-Vetting about the future of personnel security, compliance, insider risk, and the evolving clearance landscape.

We especially appreciated the opportunity to hear from leaders across the community on important topics like industrial security oversight, insider risk communication, and today’s cybersecurity challenges. We’re grateful to be part of such a strong and mission-focused community.

Last week, members of the PerSecPros team attended the NCMS Mid-South Chapter 15 Conference in Huntsville, Alabama, hosted by NCMS, Inc. - The Society of Industrial Security Professionals. The event provided valuable updates on DCSA and offered insight into the evolving relationship between industry and government.

We also had the opportunity to connect with professionals across the security community. Throughout the day, conversations reinforced the critical role of communication and collaboration in today’s security environment.
