Hi All,

It is with a heavy heart I type this post, but at the conclusion of this year (December 31 2023) I will be officially closing down Dr. FrankenOtter Computer Repair and Consulting . The honest truth is there is no way to keep this a profitable venture with current commitments to my other job, my family, and my life as a whole. This was a fun venture to start and I met a lot of amazing people on the way.

My timeline is as follows:
8/6/23: Website shuts down
11/15/23: Remote support services shut down
12/31/23: Official close

At this time I am planning on leaving this page up, and have not yet identified anyone else who would I could recommend for computer repair services. If i find any more info on that I'll make a new post.

Weekend project: completely replumbing the water loop! replacing CPU block, and putting the 2080 super under water. Besides the fact I ordered the wrong hard tubing, the soft line look came out great with that vertical GPU! Swipe to see the final product!

Hi All!

Just want to reiterate even with the restrictions loosening on May 20, I will still only be offering remote troubleshooting/repair options for computers.

I apologize for any issues this may cause, but I have to do what i consider to be the best option.

At this time, due to COVID-19, I am making the decision to suspend any and all in person visits to customer locations at this time. I will still be available for remote diagnosis and fixes of certain issues.
