I’m SUPER excited and NERVOUS at the same time, to be attending the 30th cohort of V-WISE in Atlanta, hosted by the Institute for Veterans and Military Families - IVMF Looking forward to connecting with other women veteran like me and military spouse entrepreneurs from across the country!

I am incredibly honored and grateful to have completed the 3-Day Veteran Institute for Procurement (VIP) Training, sponsored by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), held at the beautiful Bolger Center in Potomac, MD.
This experience was more than just training—it was intensive, eye-opening, and transformational.
Over these three days, I gained:
✔️ A deeper understanding of federal government contracting
✔️ Clarity on what I didn’t know (those real ah-ha moments)
✔️ Insight into areas where I need to improve, strengthen, and refine
✔️ A roadmap of what I need to fix, build, and implement to be fully ready
There were powerful discussions, excellent questions, and shared experiences from fellow veteran entrepreneurs that truly elevated the learning environment.
What stood out the most?
👉 Realizing that preparation at this level requires precision, structure, compliance, and strategy—not just passion.
This training challenged me, stretched me, and confirmed that I am on the right path—but also showed me the next level I must rise to.
As the founder of Cynitra Information Systems LLC, I am committed to applying everything I’ve learned to:
