In Home Caregiver for 11 year-old, Female with Special Needs

Family is actively seeking outgoing Caregivers, Childcare Workers, or Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA) for a Part-Time positions to assist with the care of a wacky, COMICAL, yet not a morning person, 11-year-old female with developmental, physical, and occupational needs. She is a precious little girl who needs a great Caregiver or Aid to help her as she develops and reaches her mile stone goals. This young lady is seeking a professional, vocal, communicative, fun loving, energetic, comical, self-motivated, understanding, compassionate, mature, and dependable Caregiver or Nurses Aid that would be interested in a FUN, in home work environment to join her family team!

This is a permanent position with hours range from 30 - 40 hours a week. Applicants MUST be flexible to a 3 on, 3 off work week, including weekend and after hours. 8 - 10 hour shifts.

Pay is between $12 - $16 an hour, depending on experience and work history.

Due to State and Local Healthcare Laws, a thorough background check MUST be completed prior to being hired. Therefore, a clean criminal record is mandatory!!!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Caregiver/Nurses Aid you will be delivering the highest quality patient care in an in-home setting according to patient specific orders determined by the family and/or their physician.

Requirements:
• Patience
• Love playing and entertaining children
• High School Diploma or GED
• Knowledge of cross contamination and the spread of disease.
• Reliable transportation and valid NC Driver’s License
• Ability to lift with assistance 60+ lbs. on a daily basis (She can walk with assistance and easy to handle once a technique is established)
• Interest in a future in Childcare, Healthcare, or Nursing Field
• In possession or the ability to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification. Reimbursed if hired.

Applicants MUST love dogs, be drug and disease free, independent, drama free, and looking to join a fun loving family!!! The family is excited for someone to join us on this incredible journey!!!
