How did the concept and the art come to life?
“I think the “time wrestlers” came to life because it’s how we naturally feel
— we’ve got packed schedules, and time management is always crucial but
never perfect. It can feel like you’re literally wrestling with time. Every time we met to work on the graphics, it was like we had to lock in with each other and fight to make it happen. Once the concept was set and
Desiree created the top-sheet wrestlers, we just exploded with excitement and knew the final stages would be an all-out brawl with time itself.” - Katie Kennedy
What’s something you’ve done twice that you probably shouldn’t have?
“There are definitely things I’ve hit on my snowboard that maybe I shouldn’t have
gone back for — but that’s something I’ll never change. One time, I hit a really big
jump and came super close to landing it. Then the light went flat and a storm rolled
in. I went back up anyway when I knew the conditions weren’t right. I knuckled it and

What’s something you wish you got to do twice but only had one opportunity to do?
“Every drop on a powder day. As soon as I get to the bottom — whether I laced it or not — I wish I could go back up and do it again.” - Katie Kennedy
Do you have a personal “two-time” rule? Something you always have to
do twice before it feels right?
“A trick always feels best, and more legit, the second time you land it. Especially
with new tricks — the “two to make it true” rule is real. I probably spend the most time trying to perfect my snowboard and skate tricks. I should probably have more “two-time” rules for my work stuff, but I’m more of a “set it and forget it” type there.” - Katie Kennedy
If this board turns out to be a portal into the time-space continuum, where would you take it?
“I’d probably take it back to the Ice Age — because I could snowboard literally everywhere. Plus, prehistoric animals and
