I want to warn any business considering shipping with FedEx that it's best to avoid doing so unless there is no other option. We specifically ordered this package for overnight delivery and as I am sitting in our office looking at the cameras waiting for the driver, I check the tracking to learn that at 2:27 pm they "tried" to deliver the package. They stated the customer is not available or the business is closed as the reason. Yes we are closed on Wednesdays, but we have already talked to this driver and said if you have any deliveries for us on that day, please leave them in our drop box or at least check to see if anyone is here. 4 weeks in a row he decided it was too much of a hassle to do his job and deliver our package. FedEx will do nothing about this. I called in and they said we can file a complaint, but I know as well as you do that it will go nowhere. I know that he didn't even stop her because I was looking at the cameras waiting and the photo he uploaded as proof here was here is a blurry white photo. Sorry for the long rant as we typically don't complain too much here, but something has to be done. We are spending a lot of money for packages to be delivered overnight and FedEx refuses to do anything about it.
