While available tech. support options address a clients technical issue they pay

little attention to the underlying experience a client has with their technology so the client is left feeling at the whim of forces that are outside of their control. In short, technicians are fixing the computer but not the relationship their client has with it. We hope to fundamentally change the I.T. service industry by focusing our efforts on building a lasting relationship between a client and their neighborhood technician by which the client can gain agency over their tools.
