Quick win from the hotel room tonight.

WARM is now 80,000+ lines of code. 238 files. 880 connections between them.

At that scale, its getting easy to get lost in the complexity of the system.

Sooooo...... I built a code graph that maps every function, every API route, every database call, every external service connection.

And Claude is only as good as the context you give it and this is a huge help with making sure it can find parts of the system I am referencing.

Without a map, AI makes educated guesses. Guesses break things.

45 minutes of work. Now every coding session starts with Claude actually understanding the architecture beyond what a claude.md is capable of.

If you're building with AI assistance and your codebase is getting complex - give it a map. You'll ship faster and break less.

Incredibly quick ship last night but a big improvement to onboarding.

It takes about 10ish minutes to get set-up with WARM going through all the settings. You Oauth into your CRM, provide information on you company and what you do, set agent tone preferences and message length, cadence etc.

pretty easy but to make it even simpler, we now have AI onboarding when you first sign on. talk to it, tell it about your goals and what you do, it will suggest a style and tone bassed on the responses.

of course you can skip this and fill in settings like an archaic heathen as well but this streamlines things a bit.

No VC. No funding rounds. No burn rate anxiety.

Just a product that solves a real problem, customers who see the value, and margins that make sense.

18 years in sales taught me one thing: if your unit economics don't work on day one, throwing money at them won't fix it.

We're not chasing vanity metrics. We're building a business.

Before I went on vacation last week I spent 3 days battling with the Sales Force metadata API. absolute garbage. but I was able to get an email approval system to auto-deploy on Oauth.

Today was my first full day working since coming back, and deployed the same for hubspot.

Also not the easiest thing, but also not near as excruciating as SalesForce was.

Completely optional to use, if you want WARM to just do its thing you can. But for those that are a bit cautious of AI sales tools, here's your solution.

In addition to the complete audit trail for why the AI wrote what it wrote, the data it pulled from, the compliance officers and fallback layers of course.

Outreach sent from the reps emails, not ours. They can veto or edit as they please.

New Year's Resolutions

2026: Build the company I wish existed when I was carrying a quota.

Same velocity. We shipped 50,000+ lines of production code in 3 months with zero engineering hires. That pace doesn't slow down. Every department gets automated—sales, ops, support—until the entire revenue engine runs on AI that actually understands how sales teams work and what high value means for each department. Humans doing the jobs humans do best. Ai for the grunt work.

The destination: STORE. The first AI-native CRM. Not a CRM with AI bolted on. Not another Salesforce plugin. A system built from day one to assume messy data, lazy reps, and deals worth reviving. WARM is the wedge. STORE is the vision.

$3M ARR by this time next year. Conservative estimate. We're launching late today with an anchor deal on the table, an agency that saw what we were building that immediately hopped on and a product that outperforms competitors charging 10x more.

At least one decent buyout offer. That we decline.

Tonight, I finished the Async Batch engine for SCRUB.

By architecting the system with chunked fetches and recursive webhooks, I’ve officially demolished the n8n scaling wall.

No lie -I set out to build a tool to help me sell CAD in my 9-5 and inadvertently built the most robust and technically sound AI sales assistant on the market.

3 months ago, I was drowning in manual CRM work. I sell CAD software, and my day was a cycle of calling "leads" that were actually bots, manually merging duplicates, and watching high-value "Closed/Lost" deals gather dust.

I’d had enough. I built WARM because of one universal truth: Reps are lazy and CRM data is chaos. We don’t want to be data entry clerks; we want to close. But most "AI Sales" tools are toys because they try to sell on top of that chaos. I built the engine I actually needed to solve this:

-Professional Delivery & OAuth: We connect via secure OAuth. Emails are sent from your servers, appearing directly from the rep, protecting your domain deliverability while keeping the 1-to-1 human touch.

-Guardrails & Safety (The "Safe-to-Send" Stack): * The Compliance Officer: A safety fork that blocks hallucinations or weird tones before they leave our infrastructure.

-Kill Switches & Bounce Triggers: If a lead replies or an email bounces, the system triggers an immediate stop-sequence across all brains to prevent awkward double-taps.
