Over the past 10+ years in public safety technology, Vanessa has built a strong track record in customer success and strategic account management. In her new role, she will partner closely with our agency clients to guide smooth system conversions, identify key software expansions, and ensure teams maximize the long-term value and ROI of their solutions.

Beyond her work in public safety tech, Vanessa also serves as Vice President of Never Nameless, a nonprofit dedicated to resolving cold cases through forensic DNA testing.
