We’ve detected unauthorized use of the Defined.ai name under “Defined Inc.” These activities include asking individuals to pay for plans, recruit others for commissions, and engage in schemes that promise a payout after an upfront payment. We are currently aware of these activities taking place in Brazil, but this may also be occurring in other countries.

To be clear, Defined.ai never requests payments from individuals and does not operate under any other name.

We are already in contact with the relevant authorities and are taking all necessary legal steps.
