This Women’s Month, we honored the spirit of in two meaningful ways: by creating space for reflection, and by showing up where it matters most.
We carried that same spirit beyond the workplace on International Women’s Day, spending time with the girl‑survivors of CRIBS Foundation, an organization that provides safety, care, and renewed hope for young girls navigating incredibly difficult beginnings.
Today, we had an interactive Women’s Day Special Session in which our global team members came together to share acts of kindness, acknowledge their strengths, confront common fears, and commit to supporting one another. From naming our personal “superpowers” to recognizing the importance of asking for support, the session reinforced a powerful truth: empowerment grows when it’s shared.
Being present, listening, and offering compassion reminded us that meaningful change doesn’t always start with grand gestures. Often, it starts with simply showing up.
Together, these experiences reflect what Women’s Month has stood for in the past 115 years. Inclusion and diversity are not just about who we are today, but about the journeys we’ve lived, the challenges we’ve survived, and the responsibility we share to lift others as we move forward.
When we give our time, care, and belief in one another, we create a ripple effect that lasts far beyond a single moment.
