As a Technical Lead / Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for leading development initiatives, architecting solutions, and mentoring a dynamic team. You will work on cutting-edge projects using React, NextJS, Node.js, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript, ensuring high performance and seamless user experiences. Experience with MedusaJS is a plus.

* Technical Leadership:
* Guide the design, development, and implementation of high-quality web applications.

* Software Development:
* Architect, code, and deploy modern web applications using React, NextJS, Node.js, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript.
* Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability through best practices and code reviews.

* 5+ years of professional software development experience.
* Strong expertise in:
* Frontend: React, NextJS, Tailwind CSS

* Proven track record of technical leadership and mentoring.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
