Gaming Should Be Accessible to Everyone

We’re currently designing a custom gaming PC for a quadriplegic gamer, and it has opened up an area of custom computer work that we’d like to offer more broadly.

Every person’s abilities and needs are different. For someone with limited mobility, building the right computer can involve much more than choosing a processor and graphics card. Controls, adaptive input devices, voice control, accessibility software, equipment placement, cable management and even something as simple as turning the computer on can all be part of the design.

At Home Net Computers, we’re comfortable with unusual problems. We can work directly with the individual, family members, caregivers or therapists to understand what the person can comfortably control and then help design a computer setup around those abilities.

This can include:

• Custom gaming PCs
• Adaptive gaming equipment and controllers
• Computers for users with limited hand or arm movement
• Alternative keyboards, mice and input devices
• Voice-controlled computer setups
• Windows accessibility configuration
• Equipment placement and workstation planning
• Custom solutions when an off-the-shelf setup doesn't work

You don't need to know what equipment you need before contacting us. That's part of what we can help figure out.
