We are hiring!

Total Network Solutions (TNS), one of Southern California’s leading IT Service providers, seeks a full-time System Engineer to work on our managed services team. Previous experience working in a Managed Service Provider environment is a plus.

Systems Engineers are tasked with the onsite and remote support of TNS clients in Los Angeles and Orange County.

The position requires the following technical skills and experience:
• Knowledge of server operating systems
• Deep knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• General Networking
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Backups and Disaster Recovery Systems
• Must have excellent organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must have a strong work ethic

Total Network Solutions (TNS) is currently looking for a Senior Systems Engineer, specializing in Network, Server, and Storage technologies. The position would be a technical lead and will be responsible for support of IT Infrastructure systems across multiple client environments.

Required Skills:
o Ability to work with within a team and provide leadership in the design, deployment, and support of IT infrastructure systems
o Solid experience with physical and virtual server environments
o Office 365, Azure, AWS, and other Cloud Services experience
o Extensive working knowledge of network, Server, and storage systems
o Strong Cisco Networking/Cisco Voice, experience
o Extensive experience working with security appliances (Fortinet, Meraki, SonicWALL, Cisco ASA, etc.).
