For Fleet Enable, we stitched the “able” design on navy and white hats and the full Fleet Enable logo on white Nike polos. I like how the yellow ties the two pieces together while each has its own look.

The first 24 Badge Hats turned into 72. 🔥

kent_metal_fab originally planned to embroider the remaining 48 hats—but after seeing the first batch of Badge Hats, they changed the order and had them all built this way instead.

Each hat combines a bright green insert, laser-engraved top layer and pressed rivets, all assembled directly through the Richardson flat-bill snapback.

Two hat colorways. One consistent identity across the entire 72-hat order.

Thirty inches of Xtreme Lowz, ready for the back glass. 🇺🇸

I designed this American flag-themed rear-window logo for an Xtreme Lowz car and truck club member, then completed every stage of production in-house.

Printed, laminated for protection, contour cut, weeded, masked with transfer tape and shipped to the customer.

From the artwork on screen to a finished 30-inch decal headed out the door—custom club gear goes well beyond shirts and hats.

One club member. Four Badge Hats. No repeats. 🔥

This No Regrets member in Florida chose four completely different hat-and-insert combinations, all built around the same club badge.

That’s the advantage of making these individually—the club identity stays consistent while each hat can have its own look.

Made and assembled in-house at Eye Kandy Designs, then headed to Florida.

Built for a company that builds for a living.⚙️

Swipe to the end for video of these being laser cut out.

24 custom Badge Hats completed for Kent Metal Fabrication.

Each black-and-silver badge was laser engraved and cut in-house, then individually positioned and permanently mounted through the dark green Richardson hats using pressed black rivets.

The open areas allow the hat color to become part of the badge itself, giving their logo a clean, dimensional industrial look that fits the company perfectly.

This is only part one of their order—48 embroidered hats are coming next.

From Scottsdale to Australia. 🇺🇸✈️🇦🇺

This collection of Local Finesse gear is headed across the world to club members Down Under.

The order brings their club identity across several completely different pieces: two custom Badge Hats with member-selected inserts, embroidered apparel, laser-engraved tumblers and a custom aluminum license plate.

Different materials and production methods, all tied together by one club.

Car club gear shouldn’t look like it came off the same shelf as everyone else’s. 🔥

This custom Badge Hat for Local Finesse was built from the layers up.

It starts with genuine leather hand-dyed black and laser-cut with a recessed opening for the brown ostrich-textured insert. The laser-engraved black-and-silver face adds the final dimension before the complete badge is mounted directly through the gray snapback using pressed black rivets.

Cut, engraved, assembled and mounted in-house at Eye Kandy Designs.
