Phoenix has been full of movement for me lately — professionally, personally, and purposefully. ✨

I’ve been pouring a lot of energy into the work I’m doing with the AAF Phoenix Board of Directors and Arizona Developmental Services, while also continuing to grow and shape what’s next for Design Scottsdale.

And there are also lots of amazing things happening for tourism in South Texas with that I’m excited to continue building and supporting.

There is so much happening behind the scenes. So much to build. So much I want to accomplish. And somehow, never quite enough hours in the day. 😊

A lot of what I’m working toward is deeply personal, too. I think about my daughter’s future constantly. I think about the kind of community I want her to grow into, the opportunities I want to help create, and the difference I want my work to make long after a project is finished.

There is a light in me right now that feels impossible to ignore. I know I’m being called to use my experience, creativity, voice, and passion in bigger ways.

I’m excited to share what is coming, but for now, I’m going to keep doing the work quietly and let the results speak when they’re ready.

So… stay tuned. ❤️

And if you’re standing at the edge of something new yourself — follow that light.

Even when the next step feels scary.

ADS Works! is more than a new program.
It is a growing vision for greater opportunity, independence, and inclusion.

As Creative Director and a proud board member of Arizona Developmental Services in Phoenix, AZ, I have had the privilege of helping bring that vision to life through the complete creative direction of ADS Works!

From developing the logo and visual identity to creating the marketing materials, brochure, social media graphics, and website pages, every piece was intentionally designed to feel connected, professional, and consistent. Strong branding matters because it helps the community quickly understand who we are, what we do, and why this work deserves attention.

ADS Works! is designed to help our members build real-world employment skills, strengthen confidence, and move toward greater independence through meaningful work opportunities.

📣 MEDIA INVITATION | Introducing ADS Works!

As the Creative Director and a Board Member for Arizona Developmental Services, I'm honored to help introduce ADS Works!—our new workforce development program dedicated to preparing adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities for meaningful employment.

This initiative is about more than job training. It's about creating opportunities, building confidence, fostering independence, and helping adults with abilities be recognized for the value they bring to the workplace.

Through hands on training, workplace readiness, and partnerships with local employers, ADS Works! is helping build a stronger, more inclusive workforce across Arizona.

I invite members of the media, business leaders, employers, and community partners to join us as we officially launch this exciting new chapter and learn how, together, we can create lasting opportunities for adults with abilities.
