With Dove Season open, we need your help! We ask hunters to please not shoot at birds on power lines or fiber-optic lines. It can damage equipment, create power and internet outages for our members. Landowners will be billed for repair costs.

TVEC Connect has already had multiple damaged fibers this year causing major outages. Be aware of the dangers around you and keep things safe this season!

TVEC Connect is growing! Currently accepting multiple job openings for:
Fiber Install/Repair Technician for the Waynesboro and Savannah Offices.
Job duties include: fiber installation, repair, maintenance, splicing, and troubleshooting all aspects of TVEC's Fiber system.
Also:
GIS Coordinator: responsible for GIS mapping platform for both fiber and electric systems, data collections, regulatory reporting.

To apply, stop by either TVEC office and pick up an application or email a resume to [email protected]. Accepting applications until August 7th, 2026.

Applicants must be willing to fulfill on-call shifts and emergency call outs for the entire TVEC service territory and live in TVEC's service territory.
