Let me tell you about Savannah iDoctor. They are the very best in the business. Let me tell you why. Many years ago, I broke the screen on my phone and took it into them. I had a really good experience, which was quite refreshing after the frustration of being “phoneless”. A year or so later, it happened again and I was, again, highly impressed with their service.
I started referring all of our clients who called or came to us with broken screens to Savannah iDoctor. I own an IT company, but we do not do phone/tablet repairs. Still, we get asked about them on a regular basis. I don’t know how many dozen devices we’ve referred to Savannah iDoctor over the years, but so many of our clients come back to thank us and tell us how clutch the service was. Which says something. Which also makes us look good.
Most recently, my wife cracked her screen just days before a big family vacation. Without hesitating I called them up and explained we were leaving town in just a few days. They had a replacement screen in the next morning and her phone was as good as new, less than 24 hours later. Insurance would have taken a week, if not longer. And we'd have been shipping all our personal data off to a complete stranger.
Their prices are quite reasonable, but their service is untouchable. This is a family-owned business, and they do not mess around when it comes to customer service! When you hear the same voices and see the same faces, you know you’re in good hands. Even a decade later, you’re going to get amazing service. They are the only screen repair shop I recommend. Period.
