Cooper is an old style serif typeface with an unusual left tilt of the oval axes and rounded serifs.

The typeface has a rich history: originally Oswald Cooper's Cooper Black (1919) was released as a hand composition font by Chicago-based Barnhart Brothers & Spindler in 1922, followed by a digital version in 1986 by Bitstream.
The Cyrillic version was developed by Manvel Shmavonyan for Paratype in 2000.

The light styles of Cooper are good for texts: menus, annotations, articles. Bolder styles are perfect for display typography, advertising, brand identity, etc.

The graceful serif Cooper will work well paired with the soft sans serif Mellow Sans, which we’ve recently told you about😉

Cooper is on sale now, the discount is valid until August 2!

A new version of an experimental sans serif Nagel is here!

Nagel is Alexander Lubovenko's laboratory typeface. Closed, low-contrast, uniwidth, with catchy stroke joints and slab-like serifs, Nagel looks contemporary and distinctive.

In the new version 0.04 the Cyrillic character set has been significantly expanded, zero has become more conventional, but the crossed out option has been saved as an alternate.

Technical and modern, Nagel is suitable for branding and identities of IT companies, infographics, scientific and technical documents — the typeface is good for display headings and short texts.

Nagel is now available in the Laboratory at a lower price. After the purchase, you will be able to download all the subsequent versions, including the final one, in your account.

New release in our store — a soft and cute sans serif Mellow Sans!

The typeface by Natalia Vasilyeva was created basing on humanist sans serif, so it’s easy to read. Lighter styles work well in texts of any size, while bolder ones look great in headings, packaging design, etc.

Mellow Sans includes 12 styles — six upright and six italic, ranging from Light to Black. The typeface supports extended Latin, extended Cyrillic (all major languages of the peoples of Russia) and Greek. It also has old style figures, arrows and non-alphabetic signs.

Purchase Mellow Sans with 50% off until July 20, it applies to both individual styles and the entire package! 😏

Nagel is an experimental sans serif by Alexander Lubovenko.

Stern Nagel resembles monospaced typefaces in shape and is predictable in use: for example, the length of the line will remain the same with changing the style.

Three styles, regular, medium and bold, are currently available. In the future, we plan to add oblique styles, a variable version and expand the character set.

You can now purchase the discounted beta version of the typeface, and get the full release version for free later. By the way, we will be happy to hear your feedback on Nagel 🌝

Antigone is a “delicately sculpted neohumanist Greek typeface” (R. Bringhurst). It was made by the Dutch designer and calligrapher Jan van Krimpen for the Enschedé publishing house and type foundry in 1927.

In 2020 the Athos Monastery of Vatopedi asked us to make a digital version of the typeface for the new edition of the Liturgy. The reconstruction was carried out by Alexandra Korolkova.

At the ICTVC conference in Thessaloniki she will talk on the process of its making, discussing the layout of the book and what an overall amazing project it was.

Helsa Display is an unusual, eye-catching, stylish serif.

With high contrast and narrow letters, Helsa Display’s advantage is the ease of setting both short display lines and long informative texts.

Helsa Display’s character set is extensive with more than 1600 characters (usually 900 characters are already considered quite lot for a font style). The typeface supports more than 500 languages, based on the Latin, extended Cyrillic, as well as Greek and Vietnamese.

Helsa’s OpenType features are fractions, ligatures, old style and tabular numerals, title alternates for letters, etc., with a set of punctuation marks for uppercase typing. Arrows, numbers in ovals, plastic marking symbols and card suits are nice addition too.

Designer Nick Nedashkovsky was inspired by American elseviers of the beginning of the last century. Helsa is perfect for branding exhibitions, cultural institutions, music bands, perfume packaging, display typography, etc.

You can buy Helsa Display in our font store 😉

Baskerville Display PT is a lighter, contrasted version of John Baskerville's legendary typeface.

The typeface is great for large sizes, and for even larger text sizes, use the two Baskerville Poster styles.

Baskerville Display is combined perfectly with the texts set with ITC New Baskerville.

Baskerville Display was designed by Arina Alaferdova under the direction of Dmitry Kirsanov.
