Just because your technology is working doesn't mean it's working correctly.
I recently spoke with a business owner who had gone through an email and security migration. Everything appeared to be working, but they were left with missing contacts, unsearchable email archives, confusion around user permissions, and uncertainty about who had access to their systems.
Technology should make running your business easier—not create more questions.
