Your windows might be the smartest feature in your home.

Those expansive windows and breathtaking waterfront views? They come with a few challenges Florida homeowners know all too well: heat, glare, fading furnishings, and privacy.

That’s where intelligent shading changes everything.

☀️ Protect your interiors. Help reduce UV exposure that can fade furniture, flooring, and artwork.

🌡️ Keep your cool. Manage solar heat gain and reduce the burden on your cooling system.

🌊 Preserve the view. Enjoy natural light and beautiful scenery without the harsh glare.

🔒 Privacy on demand. Go from wide-open views to complete privacy with a single touch.

And the best part? Automated shades can adjust throughout the day without you lifting a finger.

At Wicked Smart Homes, we believe the smartest technology doesn’t compete with beautiful architecture. It enhances it.

The best view is one you can enjoy all day long.

Technology doesn’t always have to be hidden. Sometimes, it should be beautiful.

When thoughtfully integrated, technology can become part of the interior design itself. From a display that looks like framed artwork to a soundbar that complements the clean architectural lines, every element can feel intentional.

The goal isn’t simply to add technology to a beautiful home—it’s to make sure the technology belongs there.

Beautiful design. Brilliant technology. No compromise.

65 residences. One incredible project.

As Rosewood Residences Lido Key nears completion, we’re proud to see this extraordinary property coming to life—and even prouder of the role Wicked Smart Homes has played throughout the building.

Our team provided Lutron lighting control in all 65 residences, along with 25 customized AV projects and 30 automated shading projects for individual homeowners.

Working directly with residents to personalize their homes has been an exciting part of this project—creating technology that complements the incredible design, views and lifestyle Rosewood Residences brings to Lido Key.

We can’t wait to see the finished result.

Such a great evening at the Longboat Key Chamber of Commerce Gala at The St. Regis Longboat Key.

We loved celebrating alongside so many incredible local businesses and seeing their hard work, growth, and success recognized. It’s always inspiring to be surrounded by the people and businesses that make our community such a special place to live and work.
Congratulations to all of this year’s honorees! 👏
