Clarisys Audio – Statement
We would like to clarify the situation regarding a pair of Clarisys Audio Auditorium loudspeakers currently being offered on the market, by Axiss Audio/Soulution Audio.
The units in question are not new, not the latest generation, and not a current product. The pricing reflects conditions typically associated with expedited liquidation.
They have been in use and/or held for well over 1.5 years, including an extended period during which they remained uncollected.
For clarity:
The pair currently being offered does not correspond to the current specification. (SN: N0018)
For reference, the attached image shows the latest generation rear layout, owned by Pink Faun owner Jord Groen.
These speakers were sold and delivered within Switzerland.
Any shipment or resale outside of Switzerland would therefore constitute a grey market transaction.
This implies:
- no manufacturer warranty
- no official service support
- no guaranteed access to spare parts
At Clarisys Audio, we operate based on reliability, fairness, and long-term responsibility.
Clarisys Audio products can be recertified upon request, where we verify that the unit has not been modified and performs to factory specification.
This process includes a complete inspection, full disassembly and reassembly, and documented measurement protocols.
This service is offered at 20% of the original retail price, plus travel costs.
