Vata: warm, moist, grounding protein
In Ayurvedic understanding, a Vata constitution is air and space: cold, dry, light, mobile. Traditional teaching says people with this pattern do best with warm, moist, grounding protein foods and regular meals, not cold salads eaten on the run.
Modern nutrition tells you how much protein you need at your age. Ayurveda tells you which protein foods your body handles best. My free 5-page guide, Protein for Your Body Type, puts the two side by side.
