Welcome this Week’s Speaker: Jacob Mabry from Edward Jones
Today at LeTip of McMinnville, we heard from Jacob Mabry, who shared a powerful message about financial competency, not people asking someone else to simply make them rich.
One of Jacob’s biggest points was that the people who succeed financially are not always the smartest. More often, they are the people who stay disciplined, consistent, and intentional over time.
Jacob talked about some of the biggest mistakes people make:
• Procrastination – People who stay consistent often see the best long-term results. Too many people put things off, and not enough people talk openly about money.
• Emotional decision making – Money is emotional for everyone. Markets recover. Discipline wins.
• Lack of organization and clarity – Families need to communicate and create a clear plan around finances.
Jacob left us with a few important reminders:
• Don’t wait to start investing
• Don’t wait to organize your financial life
• Time is the one asset you cannot recover

Thank you, Jacob, for a thoughtful presentation and for helping remind us that financial success is often built through consistency, not complexity. 👏
