Infoblox makes DNS the first line of defense, blocking 90% of threats before the first query and detecting threats an average of 68 days earlier than other tools. For MSSPs, Protective DNS can stop malicious traffic before it reaches downstream controls, reducing alerts that can become cases or tickets.

Enhanced multi-tenancy for Infoblox Threat Defense™ extends the MSSP program we announced earlier this year, with general availability on October 15. Infoblox IQ for Threat Defense™ turns cross-tenant telemetry into focused SOC action, helping MSSP teams answer which tenants were hit by a specific threat and when, and reduce low-value investigations so the same team covers more tenants without adding analysts.

To scale the service, MSSPs can author global policy once, use cross-tenant intelligence to see which customers were reached and when, and set per-tenant entitlements for different service levels. It is a practical way to scale preemptive protection without adding analyst work customer by customer.
