Infoblox has signed an agreement to acquire Kentik, a network intelligence and observability platform, subject to regulatory approvals and closing conditions.

This planned acquisition expands Infoblox’s platform with real-time traffic intelligence, path visibility and deeper operational context across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

Together, Infoblox and Kentik will help organizations gain a more complete view of what is on the network, how traffic is moving and where teams should focus first to improve resiliency, performance and security.
