At Seclore, it doesn’t quite work like that.

You dive into something new (and slightly scary) on Monday, take it all the way through and by Friday, it shows in what you're working on. And then you do it again the next week.

It’s an infinite loop, one feeding the other.

That’s how we keep raising the bar, for ourselves and everyone around us.

Catch’em has a way of bringing out the best in us at Seclore, season after season.

This season was no different, except for a shared drive to go further. Every time a Seclorite pushed a little more, others stepped up, owned their goals, and raised the bar for everyone around them. Together, we covered 6,244 kilometres across 1,001 sessions of running, jogging, cycling, and more.

What started as individual effort turned into collective milestones. Teams showed up for each other, kept each other going, and carried the energy forward. That’s what it looks like when people are trusted to show up and deliver.

This year too, every kilometre contributed to something bigger. Together, we supported the Pragati Project by Stepping Stone NGO, helping underprivileged children access education and nutrition. Because the future is not something we wait for. It’s what we create together, lifting each other as we go.

We closed the season by celebrating the teams who showed up consistently, the individuals who went all in, and the purpose that made the journey worth it. More than the numbers, it reflected how we show up, as a team that pushes boundaries, enabling everyone to reach new heights together and with pride in what we build together.

Some of the biggest career moves happen when people stop asking "will I fit in?" and start asking "what will I build here?"

At Seclore, the next decade is still taking shape. The people who join today walk into something that is still being decided, defined and created. Opportunities like this are rare, and so are places where creating the future is a part of the job.

What happens when you let a group of Seclorites onto a cricket pitch on a sunny afternoon?

You get heart.
You get skill.
And occasionally, a very questionable bowling action.

Out there on the field, you could see what truly drives us. In between the quick singles that decided matches, the instant overhaul of field settings, and the steady cheers from the sidelines, we saw teams continuously learn and evolve their strategy, players taking ownership and stepping up their game, and the true spirit of One Seclore, people on and off the pitch lifting each other up, no matter which color shirt they wore. Every moment out there showed us that when Seclorites show up, they play to win, pushing boundaries and setting standards for everyone to follow.

All tournaments are about scoreboards, results and trophies. This one was had more: fierce rivalries, stronger friendships, stories that won’t be forgotten anytime soon.

This is what every day at Seclore feels like, when the people you build with every day remind you that the journey matters just as much as the result.

SPL 2026. Played hard. Lived harder.

The final runs have been scored. The last appeal has been made. SPL 2026 is officially wrapped up.

Congratulations to Team Green Guardian for setting the pace, leading from the front, and finishing as table leaders this season.

And to everyone who showed up, whether with bat, ball, clipboard, camera, or their unfiltered and relentless energy, you helped shape what this tournament became.

Across two days, we saw teams that didn’t just compete, they raised the game. Players took ownership in crunch moments, trusted each other under pressure, and every squad showed what follow-through looks like when it matters most. And even in the fiercest moments, how we conducted ourselves, showed up, and carried the spirit of One Seclore with pride.

The scorecards will eventually fade. What this SPL leaves behind is more than points on a leaderboard. It’s the stories: of unexpected comebacks, of players stretching beyond their comfort zones, and of the supporters who stood by their teams while rising above rivalries to lift each other up.

At Seclore, wellness is an essential part of how we care for our people.

As part of our ongoing wellness program, we recently conducted a CPR and First Aid awareness session to equip Seclorites with critical, life-saving skills. In a workplace where we spend so much time together, being prepared to respond to a medical emergency isn’t optional; it’s important.

The session focused on understanding why immediate action matters and what to do in those crucial first few minutes. Few team members volunteered for hands-on CPR practice under expert guidance, building the confidence to step in when it truly counts.

Emergency preparedness is a vital part of a healthy workplace. By investing in these sessions, we are ensuring that our people are not just professionally capable, but also prepared to protect and support one another when needed.

Team Owners and Captains stepped up to build their squads, balancing budgets, making smart picks, and taking bold calls along the way.

Some came prepared with clear strategies, others relied on instinct. Different styles, but one common goal: to build a winning team.

The auction reflected how we raise the game and own our brand at Seclore: showing clarity, ownership, teamwork, and the drive to perform better every single time. Every bid sparked cheers, quick huddles, and moments that kept everyone on the edge of their seats.

The competition was fierce, but the spirit remained collective: a reminder that while we may play for different teams, we stand together as One Seclore.
