PURPOSE:
The Sr.Technical Recruiter role handles the full IT Recruitment cycle for various open requirements. Includes sourcing candidates through referrals, job boards, associations, direct recruiting and other creative methods to locate top IT talent. Includes the thorough interviewing of each candidate to determine the fit to Petra's hiring needs. Interaction with the team is essential.

RESPONSIBILITES:
- Locate, attract and select IT candidates
- Creatively source candidates on a daily basis
- Profile and interview candidates on the phone and in person to determine fit to current and future hiring needs
- Submit qualified candidates for openings
- Work with Job boards like Dice, Monster, Indeed, Careerbuilder etc
- Work with ATS software to handle candidates databases
- Candidate care throughout the placement and post placement process to encourage referrals
- Thoroughly and accurately documenting candidates in applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Recruit Employees or Contractors or Sub-contractors on W2 or 1099 or on Corp-to-Corp (C2C) roles for various projects or any consulting services
- Serve as key contact point for hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a positive experience for both
- Develop and contribute to creative content and sourcing techniques that will ensure visibility of our opportunities and drive inbound recruitment
- Drive offer process - building compensation proposals and packages, extending offers and closing candidates
- Undertake management reporting and data analysis to inform decision making
- Lead and contribute to regional and global projects to improve the processes and capabilities of the Talent Acquisition team
- Work in full life cycle recruiting and direct sourcing, experience with recruiting multi-disciplined profiles
- Use innovative sourcing methodology and successfully network externally
- Build and foster meaningful relationships with key internal and external stakeholders from hiring managers and business leaders to candidates, regional and global talent acquisition colleagues to recruitment agencies and consultants, wider HR teams both Core and business partners, through to vendors and service providers
- Own and manage the full recruitment life cycle like creation of attractive Job descriptions and hiring content, guide and liaise with managers through the hiring process, provide expert market intelligence and best practice guidance and advice, source candidates in the marketplace, support the selection and assessment of candidates, manage offer negotiation and pre-employment checking
- Ability to work and complete key targets/SLAs, under pressure and within tight timelines
- Ability to multitask, manage a variety of vacancies across varied locations
- Work on data analytics
- Do proper and excellent candidate screening, competency-based interviewing preferably psychometric testing and assessment based on your experience
- Understanding of the payments, financial and IT industry/jobs market preferred
- Understand US Govt visa and status, Green card process updates regularly from US Govt agencies
- Work with US Citizens, US Green card holders, EAD's, H1B's, L1's consultants
- Market & place IT Bench resources
- Work internally with Marketing teams, Sales teams and Account Managers
- Work with internal Management
- Drive and conduct regular internal status calls with various teams

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- High degree of people interface
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment while achieving personal production goals
- Internal drive and work ethic to achieve above and beyond company goals
- Previous IT technical recruiting and outside sales experience is ideal
- Worked with Job boards like Dice, Monster, Indeed, Careerbuilder etc
- Worked with ATS software
- Worked with Client specific requirements and source candidates
- Market bench candidates with direct Clients or through prime vendors

> Primary Function:
> As a project manager at Intuitive, you will lead complex, multi-functional, worldwide implementation of CPQ (Configure, Price and Quote) solution spanning business users across the globe. The solution will allow Intuitive to configure, price and quote products to hospitals worldwide. You will be responsible for the entire project life-cycle including project planning, identifying risks and lucidly communicating project goals to stake holders. The project will impact large all user groups and it is your responsibility to ensure all project resources are well coordinated and all stake holders are aware of the project’s progress and deadlines. You will be working closely with business users and other IT functions like Information Security, Development.
> Roles and Responsibilities:
> 1. Manage and drive the end-to-end implementation of CPQ (Configure, Price and Quote) solution for all Intuitive products.
> 2. Develop strong relationships, including effectively communicating complex ideas and proposals, leading meetings, crafting correspondence, driving projects.
> 3. Create and maintain project schedule and establish project governance structure
> 4. Manage projects from start to finish, serving as the primary point of contact between the internal teams and client/agency teams to ensure all deliverables are on message, track and within scope
