Box named USDM its 2025 Life Sciences Partner of the Year. 🏆

Now we're bringing that experience to BoxWorks 2026.

You're already paying for Box AI. But can you use it on regulated content?

We helped a biopharma with ~1,000 contracts go from AI features no one could switch on to a validated AI hub Legal uses with confidence.

Bring the Box AI feature your team isn't using yet. We'll show you what it takes to turn it on.

Your Quality team wants to use AI. Your validation team has to be able to defend it.

That's the tension we hear from life sciences teams every week. AI can triage deviations or route complaints in seconds, but if no one can prove its answers are reliable, it never makes it past the pilot.

The way forward is to start small and make it testable. Choose one high-volume decision with a fixed set of outcomes, test it against cases your SMEs have already reviewed, and send anything uncertain to a qualified person.

We help teams take that first step, from defining the decision to building the evidence an inspector will expect.

Blog post: Jev's bounded decision model shows how life sciences teams can validate AI decisions, apply CSA, and govern agentic GxP workflows with audit-ready evidence.

A global biopharma company locked down its GxP systems with CyberArk.

There was just one problem: no one could prove it worked.

Auditors don’t accept “it’s installed.” They expect evidence that every control is implemented, tested, authorized and traceable.

USDM brought them into one qualification path:
🔹 Requirements finalized and approved before testing
🔹 Risk ratings and configuration matched to the real environment
🔹 Every deliverable routed through a controlled review
The result is an audit-ready control environment, plus a repeatable model for validating other cybersecurity systems.

Is your security team building controls with Quality, or handing them over at the end? 👇

Can AI actually survive an FDA inspection?

At the American Biomanufacturing Summit 2026, USDM's Hovsep Kirikian shared how one global CDMO used AI to cut deviation cycle time by 40%, and built it to hold up when the regulator walks through the door.

Not every AI use case in GxP needs the same validation.
When a note-taking tool gets the same scrutiny as one that touches batch records, everything slows down.

The fix: sort AI use cases by risk first.
• How close is it to GxP records or decisions?
• How much does it act on its own?
• What happens if it's wrong?

Low-risk uses move fast. High-risk uses get the controls an inspector will expect.
Our CxO Guide to Sustainable AI shows life sciences leaders how to set this up.

Which AI use case is your team stuck validating?

Walk in with questions. Walk out with a plan for AI in your Box environment.

USDM is sponsoring BoxWorks 2026, and our team will be at the USDM booth in San Francisco on November 5–6.

AI agents can now work across your Box content. For life sciences teams, the harder part is using them in a way that holds up in an audit. Come talk to us about where to start, what to validate and how to keep it compliant.
