At CCTC, every foot of fiber we build connects a customer, family, farm, or business. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and is ready to learn, help their coworkers, and serve our local communities.

Experience in fiber construction, underground utilities, equipment operation, or a related trade is preferred, but we will consider applicants with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
