More Maintenance Fixes-- On the lease tab accounting journal fixed the spelling of accounting journal to accounting journal Quick Books Transfer Errors – displayed some of the errors that were not being displayed. Quick Books Transfer screen – fixed the filtering when the client is using Vendor Discount and not Vendor Prefunding.

Maintenance Fixes - Cleaned up the Work Order Reports and Work Orders. Separated the Charge buttons into Owner Charge and Tenant Charge. Added labels once charges are done to indicate what has been charged. - Added a new label to the top of the Work Order screen that indicates the current status.

DON'T FORGET TO UPDATE! We put out a "mini" update the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. We now have a "delete" button on the Web Genie tab so if you accidently upload a document to your web site that you didn't intend to, you may now delete it yourself and will no longer have to wait until programming can do it :-)

We have just released Property Genie, version 42. Don't forget to update! This will fix the NSF record button, you will no longer have to click on the owner's tab first, it will also fix the automation of the vendors being set up in QuickBooks, and more! Happy Rent Collecting :-)
