Come out and hang with us for Pint & Paint Night this Wednesday. Moonrunners food truck will be at Hugger Mugger Brewing and don’t forget your ticket price includes a beverage! I have a few spots left, so make sure you grab your tickets now! Can’t wait to see you there!
Great weather ahead and that means planning a meal in the b**r garden this week. These are the trucks to help you make it happen!
Tonight we welcome back Xavi Davi's A Taste of Puerto Rico from 4-8pm. Much more than rice and beans & the whole menu pairs well with our lighter b**rs including Pour Favor Mexican L***r, Hey Buddy Golden Ale and Bru Ja Ja Mexi Belgi ale.
Tuesday night features the return of trivia. Whoa! That's right, Anna is going to take over trivia for a couple weeks before Traci takes over in November. Expect this to be a more standard pub trivia type offering - anyone with a beverage gets a free ticket to play. Starts at 7pm and prizes will be offered. Come give Anna some support this Tuesday and test your brain while you're at it!
Wednesday is Pint & Paint night with Sarah Anne Ryan starting at 6pm. Her first event sold out last month & was a great time by all accounts. Facebook isn't allowing me to tag the event but tickets may be purchased on her website (www.sarahanneryan.com). MoonRunners Food Truck will be here with all your favorites including wings, sliders, meatloaf on a stick, and more.
Thursday night we welcome back Sanders Southern Seafood. I can personally attest to their shrimp and their salmon bites. Something hoppy or higher test ABV is perfect with fried foods, maybe try a pairing with our Juicy Brandy Recognition Nor'easter IPA or the highest rated Belgian Tripel in North Carolina, Hastur. It is also Sandhills Farm to Table Cooperative box pickup night (we're getting to the end of the season!)
Friday night we have a treat - our second Garage Concerts Series with THEM rockabilly and surfer rock group Blood Red River. You might recognize the latter from the May 2023 Carolina Indie Fest & the former has played our fair venue in the past. A big thank you to our sponsors Anstead's To***co Company and Cigar Barn by Anstead's To***co Co. Sanford as well as Shoe Crazy W**e & Spirits & the Omens biker club.
Cousins Maine Lobster and Ruckus City Kitchen will be serving up on Friday night. Food service starts at 5pm and music begins at 7pm.
Saturday we have Johnnythaifood serving up 5-9pm as we host the Sugarskull Psychic from 6-9pm. This is also the first week of the Boo & Brew Ghost Tour in downtown Sanford. That's a joint production of Visit Sanford and Downtown Sanford, Inc. that includes an audio component with ghost stories. If you want to commune with real ghosts be sure to visit us and ask about our haunted brewery (it's no joke!)
Sunday we host Captainsgastro and their tasty Mediterranean cuisine. This is also the last day to submit for our Microween - Scary Shorts Film Festival. I'm impressed with the submissions so far but I'm not a judge - those folks have actual industry experience! You don't need to be a pro to submit, most everyone so far has not produced a short film before & that's actually a good thing.
OK folks, enjoy this delightful weather we're having and see you soon. Oh and one programming note, the Bottle Share Night has been moved from this Tuesday to next Wednesday.
