Meet Jason Breidenbaugh, our Centralized Services Manager and AI/Automations Lead! 🏍️

Jason has been part of the Protek family for 13 years! After making the move from Indiana to Utah, he joined the team and has been helping our clients and coworkers succeed ever since.

Jason leads our Centralized Services team, working behind the scenes on backups, tool integrations, and automation that keep things running smoothly for our clients.
So what's kept him here all this time? In his words: "It's like family. Everyone cares about everyone, we work well together, and we truly care about what we do and our clients."

Outside the office, Jason is a dad to one daughter and grandpa to two grandsons, ages 4 years and 4 months. They live back in Indiana, so trips home to see them are a highlight. Here in Utah, you'll find him riding his motorcycle up the canyons, working on cars, catching a movie at the theater, or tracking down some good food.

⛳ We had a blast at the Little America Open on Friday! ⛳

Huge shoutout to Kristel and Aubrey for golfing with Protek. These two ladies definitely carried Clint and Annie, but we had a great time trying to keep up. 😄

Stefanie was busy manning Hole 4 and keeping players stocked with treats throughout the day.

Events like this remind us why we love what we do. It's about more than business. It's about building relationships, spending time with great people, and making new friends along the way.

- Meet Ricardo -

Ricardo's journey at Protek shows what's possible when curiosity meets opportunity. He started as a Level 0/1 tech, moved into Professional Services handling PC setups and network projects, and has since grown into a key role on our Centralized Services team.

Today, Ricardo focuses on tool management across our stack. That includes NinjaOne RMM management, Microsoft 365 standardization, Apple MDM with Addigy, and much more. In his words, "I like to be involved in it all!" That hands-on, all-in approach helps our team keep finding smarter, more efficient ways to serve our clients.

His love for technology goes back to his first family computer, when he started taking electronics apart to see how they worked. A few years ago, he decided to turn that passion into a career and hasn't looked back.

Asked what he loves about Protek, Ricardo points to three things: real growth for anyone willing to learn, the variety that comes with a constantly changing field, and genuine ownership. "They put trust in me and let me prove myself every day. It's a very rewarding job."

Outside of work, Ricardo has played soccer since he was 8, competing in local and out-of-state tournaments, and still plays today. He also stays active hiking and at the gym. And when he gets the chance, he's introducing his son to the retro games he grew up on.
